Grim IT Spending Results Point to Rough Times Ahead – But Tablets and Smart Phones Outperform

The downturn in the U.S. economy is not over. ChangeWave's latest IT spending survey points to a further slowdown in U.S. corporate purchasing – both in the current quarter and moving forward. ChangeWave Research is a division of The 451 Group.

A total of 1,618 respondents involved with IT spending in their organization participated in the August 10-29 survey, which also focused on business demand for PCs, tablets and smart phones.
