It's been four months since the Kindle Fire launched to great fanfare and a ChangeWave survey showed Amazon leaping to number two among tablet manufacturers. But now in the aftermath of the new iPad release, what is the outlook for the tablet industry going forward? To find out, ChangeWave conducted a March 8-15 survey of 1,476 consumers – begun the day after Apple's iPad announcement – that looks at consumer tablet demand and the impact the new iPad is having on the industry.
