ChangeWave's most recent Consumer Smart Phone survey found explosive momentum
for Apple and Samsung heading into the new year. But which wireless service

To find out, ChangeWave surveyed 4,073 consumers on their wireless service
providers – including future demand, dropped call rates, and customer
satisfaction.
The December 6-23 survey also looked at wireless preferences among
planned iPhone 4S buyers, and the importance of data plans in the purchasing
decision. ChangeWave is a service of 451 Research.
