iPhone Set to Cause Major Shakeup Among Providers

Midst reports that the Verizon iPhone is a virtual guarantee next year, there is growing speculation on the impact it would have on the major U.S. wireless service providers.

During September, ChangeWave surveyed 4,025 consumers on their attitudes and opinions towards their wireless providers – including customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as the issue of dropped call rates.

The September 15-23 survey also focused on the industry impact if the Apple iPhone becomes available on Verizon (VZ), T-Mobile or Sprint/Nextel (S).
