Previous ChangeWave surveys have shown the tablet market cutting into consumer demand for personal computers. But in the aftermath of Apple's iPad 2 release and the rollout of other competing tablets, how is the PC market holding up? Not so well, particularly if you're a manufacturer of Netbooks.
