ChangeWave’s latest corporate IT survey points to a major uptick in business spending going forward. Simply put, it’s the best 1st Quarter outlook in seven years.

A total of 1,520 respondents involved with business IT spending in their organization participated in the November 5-21 survey, which also focused on corporate demand for smart phones, tablets and PCs. ChangeWave Research is a service of 451 Research.
