Each quarter, ChangeWave Research conducts a survey of new smart phone owners focusing the hottest and latest devices to measure consumer reactions and potential market acceptance.

To find out which manufacturers are currently winning and losing this battle, ChangeWave's latest survey asked 1,212 consumers who had purchased smart phones within the past six months to rate their new models – including how satisfied they are, and what they like and dislike most about them.

The ChangeWave survey was completed November 2, 2010.
