3Q 2012 Corporate IT Spending Trends
Growth Slows for Business IT Spending – But Tablets and Smart Phones Continue to Show Momentum

After two consecutive quarterly improvements, ChangeWave's latest corporate IT spending survey points to a contraction in the business purchasing growth rate going forward.

Despite the contraction there are still positives, however, including strong business demand for tablets and smart phones, and continued corporate momentum for Samsung and Apple.

A total of 1,602 respondents involved with IT spending in their organization participated in the May 8-22 survey, which also focused on enterprise PCs, Macs and Ultrabooks.
