After two consecutive quarterly declines, ChangeWave's latest IT spending survey points to an improved corporate spending outlook for 1st Quarter 2012. ChangeWave Research is a division of The 451 Group.

A total of 1,623 respondents involved with IT spending in their organization participated in the November 8-21 survey, which also focused on business demand for PCs, tablets and smart phones.
